At MASS AI, we take your physical data as seriously as your physical gains. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our weight-gaining platform.

1. Information We Collect

                Physical Biometrics: Weight, height, age, and body fat percentage to calculate your TDEE.
Activity Data: Gym logs, sets, reps, and perceived exertion (RPE).
Nutritional Logs: Photos of meals (if using Vision AI) and calorie intake data.
Wearable Data: Optional sync with HealthKit or Google Fit for sleep and heart rate metrics.

            

2. How We Use AI with Your Data

If you opt-in to our AI features, your data is processed to:

Predict muscle-building plateaus.
Adjust caloric surplus targets in real-time.
Identify food groups from uploaded imagery.

Note: We do not sell your personal health biometrics to third-party advertisers.

3. Data Retention

We store your progress data as long as your account is active. You may request a full export of your training data or permanent deletion of your account at any time through the app settings.

4. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and at rest. While we implement industry-standard security, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we keep your gains behind a heavy-duty firewall.
